Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Eye Luv to transform your iris into a one-of-a-kind work of art. By booking a session or making a purchase, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking & Appointments

All iris photography sessions are by appointment only. When you book, you reserve dedicated studio time, equipment setup, and the artistic attention your session deserves. Please arrive on time; late arrivals may need to be rescheduled to honor following appointments.

  • For best results, please remove contact lenses before your session and avoid eye makeup near the lash line.
  • Rescheduling is welcome with at least 48 hours' notice.
  • No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours may forfeit any deposit paid.

2. The Artistic Process

Each iris is unique — like a fingerprint, no two are alike. Our process captures the natural detail, color, and pattern of your eye and enhances it artistically. While we use professional equipment and editing techniques, please understand that final pieces are interpretive art, not medical or scientific reproductions.

Colors, contrast, and brightness may be artistically enhanced. The finished piece is designed to celebrate the beauty of your iris, not to serve as a clinical record.

3. Edits & Revisions

Every purchase includes two (2) complimentary edits. This allows you to request adjustments to color tone, background, brightness, or composition so your final piece feels just right.

  • Edit requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your initial proof.
  • Edits are limited to refinement of the existing image — not reshoots or complete redesigns.
  • Additional edits beyond the included two are available for a fee, quoted on request.
  • Once your final design is approved and sent to print or delivered as a digital file, the order is considered complete.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued on any purchase — including sessions, digital files, prints, framed artwork, or jewelry.

Because every Eye Luv piece is custom-created for you using your unique iris, we are unable to resell or repurpose any work. Your two included edits exist to ensure you love your final piece, and we encourage you to use them to achieve the result you envision.

If your physical product arrives damaged in shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

5. Print & Color Expectations

Please note that colors may appear slightly different on various screens (phones, monitors, tablets) and in printed form. Every monitor is calibrated differently, and printed pieces have their own depth and tonality. We do our best to ensure consistency, but minor variation between proof and final print is normal and not grounds for a refund.

6. Image Rights & Usage

You retain personal use rights to your iris artwork — meaning you can display it in your home, gift it, and share photos of it on social media. Eye Luv retains the right to use anonymized or general images of finished work for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes unless you specifically request otherwise in writing at the time of booking.

7. Turnaround & Delivery

Digital proofs are typically delivered within 5–10 business days of your session. Physical prints and framed pieces ship within 2–4 weeks of final approval. Custom or large-format pieces may require additional time. Shipping times depend on your location and carrier.

8. Limitation of Liability

Iris photography is purely artistic. It is not a medical evaluation, not a substitute for an eye exam, and cannot be used for iris-scanning or biometric purposes. Eye Luv is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

9. Changes to These Terms

Eye Luv reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The terms in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase.
